Broccoli flower followup

I almost forgot...the broccoli flowers are pretty good. They gave the broccoli a lemony taste. I'd advise that if you let the flowers bloom that you not also try to eat the largest part of the stalk; that was a bit tough and cooking didn't really make it more edible.
